Questions

Before you get in touch

Practical answers about consultations, fees and confidentiality.

How do I book a consultation?

Use the form on this page, send a WhatsApp message, or call the office. Consultations take place at the office or online by video call.

How are fees set?

Fees depend on the type and complexity of the matter and are agreed in writing before any work begins, in line with the rules of the Bar Association. You will know the expected costs in advance.

I live outside Lebanon. Can you still help?

Yes. Many matters, such as property, inheritance and company affairs, can be followed from abroad through online meetings and a power of attorney issued at a Lebanese embassy or consulate.

What should I bring to the first meeting?

Any documents related to your matter: contracts, title deeds, court papers, correspondence and your ID. If you don’t have everything, bring what you have.

Is what I share confidential?

Yes. Professional secrecy is a core duty of every lawyer in Lebanon. What you share stays confidential, whether or not you decide to proceed.

Which languages are consultations held in?

Arabic, English or French, whichever you are most comfortable with.
